Sandra Jordan is an award-winning fine art photographer, known for her minimalist photographic meditations on transience, quietude, and the intrinsic beauty of the natural world.
Drawing on 19 years in the film industry as a freelance production manager, she developed a keen eye for composition, nuance, and visual storytelling before turning her full attention to photography. This transition culminated in the publication of her first book, Adfectus: An Exploration of Life and How We Fit Into the World—a contemplative study of human connection and place.
Her solo exhibition Hidden Beauty, presented as part of Photomonth East London International Photography Festival, was featured in The Guardian and Professional Photography Magazine. Developed further through the London Creative Network’s professional program at SPACE, the project evolved into a fine art book, U N I T. Images from Hidden Beauty were later selected for the prestigious 14th Photo50 exhibition at the London Art Fair.
Alongside her personal practice, Sandra has led photography workshops in the UK and spent two months in Morocco teaching photography to disadvantaged teenagers. As an Expedition Photographer for Hurtigruten, she documented the remote Arctic landscapes of Svalbard—capturing its stark beauty and fragile ecosystems. Her passion for storytelling extends to bookmaking, where she continues to explore innovative, tactile ways of presenting her work.
Represented by L A Noble Gallery in London, Sandra’s photographs are held in private collections worldwide, including the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Monaco, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, Turkey, and Australia.
